If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Jewelhouse.net with 30 days from the date of the purchase for a full refund of your purchase amount minus shipping & handling charges. Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged , new & unused to be acceptable for refund. Refund will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfer which will be refunded Via Company check.

Exchange Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of the purchase to exchange any item(s) ordered. We offer 1 exchange per order at NO shipping & handling cost. If the item was ordered with free shipping only the original shipping will be free not to exceed more than $10.00 for shipping & handling costs. Please note that NO item(s) that has been used, damaged or sized will be acceptable for exchange. All item(s) returned must be unused and in the original condition that was shipped. Lay-A-Way Plan:

Jewelhouse.net is pleased to offer its customers an Lay-A-Way plan with zero interest charge. Your initial non-refundable payment of 20% of the purchase price is due when you place your order & is payable Via personal check, money order or wire transfer. You then have 120 days in which to pay the remaining balance. Once we have recieved your final payment & funds have cleared your order will be shipped to you promptly.

All Lay-A-Way purchase may be returned for a refund subject to our 30 day Return Policy less the non-refundable 20% deposit, shipping & handling charges; Or you can exchange your purchase (subject to our Exchange Policy) within any other item(s) for the full purchase amount.
